My background is in human resources management and I was always interested in personal development.

After turning 40 my life became stuck and my job didn´t fulfill me anymore. At this point I could easily answer every question on my homepage with “yes.”

I discovered coaching through an article in a magazine and immediately knew, that this is what I wanted to do. I have studied coaching with Newcastle College and I am a certified coach. I have also trained with Achievement Specialists, one of the UK´s leading Life Coaching Training Organisations.

My strength is that I am open minded and I never give up. Because I have been where my clients are now, I know what it takes to lead a happier, more fulfilled life.

I live in Munich, Germany where I continue to improve my coaching skills and I have regular coaching sessions myself.

I see my life as a work in progress and I am excited to see how my future plans are developing.
